Returns and Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed. The print quality is poor. The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. For all other requests please email us at [email protected] . Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return (any/all) the products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item, with the exception of products purchased during the Black Friday Period, which can be returned within 10 days of receiving the item(s), for a full refund. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Save for any statutory consumers rights for returns and refunds under applicable laws, kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Return shipping is paid by Daniel Wellington, unless you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, in which case you are responsible the cost of return shipping. Daniel Wellington does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.
